Who we are
NovelMind (novelmind.app) is an early-stage project run by its founder, Rıdvan San. For anything about your data, write to founder@novelmind.app.
What we collect
Today NovelMind is a landing page with a waitlist. When you join the waitlist we store:
- your email address,
- the signup type (for example "critic"),
- the date and time you signed up.
We do not ask for your name, we have no user accounts, and NovelMind sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Your language choice (English or Turkish) is saved only in your own browser.
Critiques you type into the demo's "Preview" box stay in your browser; they are not sent to us.
Why we use it
Only to invite you to the private beta and to send occasional updates about NovelMind. We process your email address based on your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5). You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else is involved
- Hosting: the site and the waitlist run on Vercel. Their servers may be located outside Turkey and the EU.
- Email: messages from founder@novelmind.app are sent through Zoho Mail.
- Page resources: fonts (Google Fonts) and page scripts (cdn.tailwindcss.com, unpkg.com) are loaded from third-party servers, which see your IP address when your browser requests them.
We never sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed after the beta launches, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to be removed from the waitlist, by emailing founder@novelmind.app. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK; in the EU, your national authority).
Changes
If this policy changes, for example when the beta adds accounts or AI analysis of critiques, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.

Biz kimiz

Hangi verileri topluyoruz
NovelMind şu anda bekleme listesi olan bir tanıtım sayfasıdır. Bekleme listesine katıldığınızda şunları saklarız:
- e-posta adresiniz,
- kayıt türü (örneğin "eleştirmen"),
- kayıt olduğunuz tarih ve saat.
Adınızı sormuyoruz, kullanıcı hesabı yok; NovelMind çerez kullanmaz, analiz veya reklam izleyicisi çalıştırmaz. Dil tercihiniz (İngilizce veya Türkçe) yalnızca kendi tarayıcınızda saklanır.
Demodaki "Önizleme" kutusuna yazdığınız eleştiriler tarayıcınızda kalır; bize gönderilmez.
Verileri neden kullanıyoruz
Yalnızca sizi özel betaya davet etmek ve NovelMind hakkında ara sıra güncelleme göndermek için. E-posta adresinizi, bekleme listesine katılarak verdiğiniz açık rızaya dayanarak işliyoruz (KVKK md. 5; GDPR md. 6(1)(a)). Rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.
Başka kimler dahil
- Barındırma: site ve bekleme listesi Vercel üzerinde çalışır. Sunucuları Türkiye ve AB dışında olabilir.
- E-posta: founder@novelmind.app adresinden gönderilen iletiler Zoho Mail üzerinden gider.
- Sayfa kaynakları: yazı tipleri (Google Fonts) ve sayfa betikleri (cdn.tailwindcss.com, unpkg.com) üçüncü taraf sunuculardan yüklenir; tarayıcınız bunları isterken bu sunucular IP adresinizi görür.
Verilerinizi asla satmayız, kiralamayız ve başka kimseyle paylaşmayız.
Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz
Silinmesini isteyene kadar ya da beta başladıktan sonra bekleme listesine artık ihtiyaç kalmayana kadar; hangisi önce gerçekleşirse.
Haklarınız
founder@novelmind.app adresine yazarak verilerinizi görmeyi, düzeltmeyi veya silmeyi ya da bekleme listesinden çıkarılmayı isteyebilirsiniz. 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (AB'de ise ülkenizin veri koruma otoritesine) şikâyette bulunma hakkınız vardır.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse (örneğin beta ile hesaplar veya eleştirilerin yapay zekâ ile analizi eklendiğinde), değişiklik yürürlüğe girmeden önce bu sayfayı ve yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz.
